Delivery - We offer delivery and setup services that won't interrupt your 6 hours of playtime. Our team will arrive approximately two hours before your scheduled event time. If you have any special requests, please don't hesitate to let us know. We are always happy to accommodate your needs.

Setup -We can set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, or turf. Unfortunately, we are unable to set up on gravel, rocks, or dirt. Please ensure you have a power outlet within 50ft of the bounce house. Clear the area where the bounce house will be set up from any obstacles, such as toys, furniture, pet waste, branches, debris, and sprinkler systems in the area turned off. Depending on the setup area we use stakes or sandbags to securely anchor the bounce house to the ground.
Safety first, but the fun continues, and enjoy your bounce house in the designated area!
