What is our wind/rain policy?

For your safety and the safety of others, we will not set up in precipitation higher than 40% or wind speeds higher than 18 mph for the day. If there is a chance of precipitation lower than 40%, we will set it up at your discretion.

Once the inflatable is set up, payment is non-refundable. If rain does occur or wind speeds exceed more than 18 mph, please have everyone safely exit the inflatable and turn the blower off.

If inclement weather prevents us from setting up for safety reasons, DFW Confetti Bounce reserves the right to cancel your booking. You may use your non-refundable deposit as a credit to reschedule your party to another available date within the year.

Do we set up in cold weather?

High-quality bounce houses, especially commercial ones, are made from heavy-duty vinyl. However, when temperatures drop, this material can become stiff and less flexible. This can affect performance, making it less enjoyable for kids, and may lead to problems like cracking and weakened seams, increasing the risk of damage.

For safety reasons, we do not set up bounce houses when the high temperature is below 36°F, as cold conditions can make inflatables unsafe for both users and the equipment. You may use your non-refundable deposit to reschedule your party for another available date within the year.

For winter events, we recommend indoor bounce house setups.
This provides a safe environment while ensuring a great bouncing experience.

What rules apply?

First thing first Smile on! Please, no shoes, no food or drinks inside the bouncers. No rough playing, flips, or climbing on walls. Absolutely no silly string, face paint, confetti, markers, crayons, gender reveal bombs/sprays. These all permanently stain the houses and unfortunately, lessee will be responsible for a damage fee or result to the total loss of the bounce house. No sharp objects or pets allowed. Adult Supervision required at all times.

What are you doing about cleanliness?

At our establishment, we prioritize the provision of a clean and safe environment for
our clients. We understand how vital sanitation is, and hence, we use hospital-grade disinfectants to sanitize our equipment before every rental. This is just one of the many ways we demonstrate our commitment to your safety
and well-being.

We understand how important it is to keep our equipment in good condition, to ensure the safety of our clients. That's why we strictly follow protocols from our SIOTO yearly safety trainings to guarantee that our gear is always in excellent shape. We take pride in providing high-quality equipment that meets your needs and surpasses your expectations.
